1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 100pcs for the coolers. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide exsting sample. Sample and shipping cost will be charged. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subjet to you designs, whether they need new printing, etc.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 5-30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7.Which kinds of certificate would you have?

8.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 50% deposite after order signed and 50% balance before shipment.
